Self-Service check-in goes live in St. James's Physio department

 

St. James’s hospital new Physio department has rolled out patient self-service check-in kiosks and patient calling.

This new rollout of Jayex’s Enlighten self-service solution increases the number of patient self-service kiosks throughout the hospital to 14. With the automated patient calling and multi-media displays these new services have improved patients’ services and reduced hospital administration tasks and costs.

With patient self-service check-in, patients attending the new Physio department can automatically check in for their appointment, check their own patient demographics such as address, GP, next of kin and update their contact information.
