Scope of Policy
Grapevine Solutions are registered as a Data Processor with the Irish Data Protection Commissioner. As a registered member we are committed to keeping personal data secure from unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction or accidental loss. We also ensure that all staff members are aware of our data protection policies and guidelines and that all security measures are fully complied with.

Grapevine does not collect personal data for it’s own use, except where a client has contacted Grapevine directly through our online forms or email addresses.
Grapevine does not collect personal data on behalf of our clients or partners
Grapevine does not store personal data on behalf of any client on Grapevine’s own systems or network unless previously agreed with the client & only then for a specific period of time after which all personal data is deleted.
Grapevine does not directly transfer the client’s personal data outside of the client's own systems or network.
Grapevine does not use personal data belonging to any client or its customers for any purpose other than its agreed use.
Grapevine will immediately delete any personal data it mistakenly receives from any client.
Where Grapevine provides agreed services to its clients, Grapevine will only access the client’s personal data with the express written permission of the client.
Unless explicitly stated, all information received through our web site or via email addresses will be treated as non-confidential, which includes, but is not limited to, business plans, inventions, and commercial information. Submitting such information shall not create an obligation of any kind by Grapevine, and Grapevine shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute information to others.
