Dublin City Council is the democratically elected organisation that governs Dublin City and is the largest Local Authority in Ireland.

Grapevine Solutions provided the council's Payroll department with our Regulator32 and HAPPI products to enable them to capture detailed payroll and job costing information at source.

This information allows the council to identify the costs associated with each job or service provided by the council. In addition to this HAPPI is used to store weekly payroll information which is used for payroll reporting, pensions reporting and retrospective payment calculations.
